KTen Crossing will generate approximately $80 million in new retail sales for the Lawrence market.
The projected sales tax revenue will increase by 4% with the addition of KTen crossing over the next 3 years
BASED ON EXPECTED SALES, KTEN CROSSING WILL GENERATE APPROXIMATELY $1.2 MILLION IN NEW SALES TAX DIRECTLY TO THE CITY OF LAWRENCE.
KTen Crossing will also pay the City and Douglas County over $200,000 in new property taxes.
